Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Day Rate: £350 a day Location: Southeast London Skilled Careers are working with a Main Contractor who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work for three months on a 27 Units RC Frame Residential project. Ideally you would be someone who has experience working on New Build Residential Projects and has experience working with a Main Contractor. Responsibilities Working alongside a Senior QS on a New Build Residential Project in South East London that is valued at nearly £16m. Post-tender internal and external pricing analysis/assessment for sign-off while ensuring within budget. Conduct contract risk and opportunity assessment to identify areas and plan accordingly to ensure pricing remains on budget without undermining Health and Safety. Requirements Experience working on New Build Residential projects. Ideally from a Main Contractor background. Someone who can stand on their own two feet.
