Building Surveyor - Employers Agent Role in Residential & Public Sectors A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an Employers Agent with a Building Surveying background to join their Kent-based office. This opportunity offers a dynamic mix of work within a growing, supportive, and sociable team environment. The Employers Agent - Building Surveyor Role As an Employers Agent/Building Surveyor, you will work on a variety of new build project management schemes, including contract administration of remediation projects, building safety case work, and detailed report writing. Joining the building consultancy team, you'll benefit from continuous training and development opportunities, enabling career progression. Key responsibilities include: Managing new build project management schemes. Delivering contract administration and remediation projects. Handling building safety cases and providing detailed report writing. The Ideal Employers Agent - Building Surveyor Will Have MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential). RICS-accredited degree, ideally in Building Surveying. Experience within a construction-focused practice. Public sector project experience (advantageous). Demonstrable Employers Agent experience with strong report writing skills.
