Job Title: Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor I am working with a well-established rail contractor, who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The company operates on telecoms projects across the UK, on behalf of the likes of London Underground, Network Rail & HS2. The role would be based from their office near Kings Cross. My client would also be interested in hearing from Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role: Ensure monthly, interim and final valuations Preparation and management of sub-contracts. Maintaining appropriate commercial records in line with contract requirements Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role: 4 years Quantity Surveying experience, ideally with experience of rail/M&E/telecoms Have good interpersonal communication (verbal, written and listening) skills Relevant degree or qualification in the field.
