Assistant Site Manager - Reputable Interiors Contractor - Essex & London Company: My client are a reputable drylining company who have been established for over 10 years. With a turnover of £10m, they are looking to continute this growth in the next coming years. They have a very wide range of project portfolio including Education, Commercial, Residential & Healthcare. As they experience a large amount of growth, they are looking for an experienced assistant site manager to join a growing team to allow the business to progress further. Duties & responsibilities You will be responsible in assisting the management of a site and the on-site sub-contractors for projects based in London and the South-East surrounding areas. You will be assisting the site manager, organising day to day activities on site and reporting back to the site manager. This role will suit someone newly out of college with an interest in pursuing a role in construction with the ambition to progress. Experience/Requirements Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Pro-active, logical and forward thinking with the aim to learn and progress their career. High ambition/drive to achieve to the best of their ability. Someone who can maintain relationships well with on-site subcontractors and the client and report to their senior.
