Job title: Trainee Estimator Type: Permanent, Full time Location: Huntingdon Salary: £25,000- £30,000 full package Start: Immediately for the right candidate Are you eager to start a career in Estimating? If so, this is the role for you Up Front Recruitment is looking for someone keen to learn the art of estimating construction projects a very crucial job in construction. As you learn your salary will increase, very experienced estimators can earn up to £70,000 pa, so this could be a great career path for you. The company are a very well known and respected construction company that specialise in external refurbishment, concrete repair and EWI. You will be mentored and learn from someone who has a lifetime of experience in Estimating. Estimator Roles & Responsibilities not Limited to: • Managing the tender from receipt, through to submission and post tender queries • Producing Bills of Quantities for production and obtaining material quotes • Evaluating returned quotations from supply chain and liaising with supply chain members to bring quotations in line with the project specification requirements • Preparing and evaluating risk and opportunity • Arranging and preparing commercial documents for Tender Handover meetings Trainee Estimator Characteristics Good with numbers IT / reporting skills Resilience A good learner If this sounds like an opportunity for you, Apply Now.
