Responsibilities for the role of Contractor Quantity Surveyor Precontract Estimation and cost planning. Tender work packages. Tender appraisal and recommendation. Sub-contract award. Main contract award. Post contract Monthly valuations and cashflow forecast. Monthly CVR’s. Cost and valuation management. Sub-contract valuation and final account agreements. Overall final account agreement. Requirements: Ideally 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor. Contractor QS experience A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience essential in NEC and JCT forms of contract. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
