Quantity Surveyor We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor in Basingstoke. The business specialises in the super prime residential and heritage sectors with projects ranging in value up to £15mil. About the role of Quantity Surveyor: This opportunity is to work with a business that have been established for over 20 years and have carved a niche market working with exclusive clients in the super prime residential sector. You will be required to mange your own project from pre-construction through to final account and will report into the Managing Quantity Surveyor. Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor: Managing the project commercially from the early procurement stage through to final account Take a client facing role, reporting costs to client representatives Report into Commercial Manager Administer Traditional JCT contracts Requirements for Quantity Surveyor: HNC / Degree qualified Be contractually astute Experience managing projects administered by JCT forms of contract This is an opportunity to join a business with a diverse workload and lots of repeat business.
