My client is an award winning landscape design and build company with decades of experience, working across London and the Home Counties. Responsibilities: Presenting accurate monthly valuations to clients on time Assessing subcontractor valuations Pricing and negotiating variations Preparing and submitting final accounts Procuring downstream subcontracts Negotiating upstream contracts post-tender Contract management generally Salary & Benefits: Up to £70,000 pa 20 days holiday paid Christmas shutdown annually bank holidays (inc. optional bank holidays when they occur) BUPA healthcare after successful completion of probation (review at 6 months) Pension
