We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and develop project teams while maintaining and growing customer relationships. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring project delivery meets exacting standards, on time, and within budget, while also ensuring a strong focus on Health & Safety, and quality. Key Responsibilities: Assign resources effectively across multiple projects. Develop client briefs into actionable project profiles. Collaborate on reviewing scoping documents and specifications. Oversee cost plans and ensure alignment with project budgets. Manage project design and contract administration. Coordinate programming and project phases to ensure smooth execution. Lead project meetings and ensure compliance with company processes. Drive project profitability by delivering on budget margins and exploring opportunities to enhance them. Maintain Health & Safety standards across all sites, ensuring compliance with company policies. Ensure a “right-first-time” approach to project quality and strive for defect-free handovers. Champion innovation by refining processes and embracing cutting-edge construction methodologies. What We’re Looking For: Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally within the retail or commercial construction sectors. Proven track record of leading and developing successful project teams. Strong commercial acumen with an ability to manage budgets, resources, and profitability. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster long-term client relationships. A commitment to quality, Health & Safety, and continuous improvement. Degree Level or equivalent in construction relation studies.
