Boden Property have partnered with a multidisciplinary construction consultancy who are looking to add another Senior Quantity Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor to their central London office to work on a huge residential led regeneration scheme. The Project Management and Quantity Surveying consultancy have a proven record for cutting through to the details of a project and their pipeline of work is testament to their repeat business and customer satisfaction. This gives all of their team the opportunity to develop their career and build multimillion pound schemes. Quantity Surveyor Requirements You need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience of Quantity Surveying large scale regeneration projects Proven Quantity Surveying experience on residential and mixed use schemes Be able to organise and used time as a valuable resource to achieve required outcomes Be able to negotiate, agree and meet deadlines Be able to multi- task, order and prioritise effort and tasks Be able to manage other times to achieve the required tasks and outcomes Degree in Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or other discipline relevant to the construction industry MRICS or working towards If you want to join a company who are conscious of sustainability alongside profit, if you are a Quantity Surveyor who wants a clear line to promotion to Associate Director and Director then this is for you.
