I have an exciting new opportunity for a Project Lead to run a £116m new build residential scheme in Cambridge. My client are a well established Main contractor that focus predominantly on large scale residential projects throughout London and northern home counties from £50 - £150m. This project comprises of 250 high rise apartments and 112 traditional 3 storey houses. I'm looking to speak with Project Leads that have successfully ran schemes from cradle to grave and also managed a full team underneath them. In return my client are willing to pay a very competitive salary & package.
