Senior Site Manager (Externals) - Residential New Build Perm - 6 years of work Location: East London £65,000 - £80,000 bonus car allowance healthcare and more Company Our client is a leading residential developer that operate all around London with a number of landmark developments. They are known for their high quality projects and have been involved in various long term schemes. Job Description You will be working as the Senior Site Manager on this new build prestigious development in East London. The scheme is just kicking off and my client is in need of a Senior Site Manager that will look after the Enabling Works, Groundworks Sub Structure, RC Frame and all other external aspects. You will be on site from the 1st week of the project. The candidate is required to have similar experience working either for a developer or contractor. As the Senior Site Manager you will be responsible for all civil elements and these packages will include: • Enabling Works • Groundworks • Remediation • Sub and Super Structure • Hard and soft landscaping MUST HAVE: CSCS SMSTS TEMP WORKS TICKET FIRST AID Key Responsibilities • Line Manager to team of 3 • Contribute to design team meetings as required • Work with wider team on each package scope • Ensure H&S standards and procedures are maintained or exceeded • Challenge and develop methodology and sequence to ensure optimum result for the project • Ensure QA procedures are correct, maintained and adhered to • Liaise with all department, contractors and consultants to ensure successful delivery of the packages above Application If you have the relevant experience as described above and would like to apply for this Senior Site Manager job in London then please email an updated CV to Damian (url removed).
