Start Date: 2nd September Duration: 4 weeks with potential to go permanent Job Duties: The Assistant Site Manager will assist the Site Manager in overseeing the construction site, ensuring works are completed on time and to a high standard. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, conducting site inductions, and monitoring health and safety compliance. Required Qualifications: SMSTS CSCS First Aid Full UK Driving Licence Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of new build housing projects, ability to identify and resolve snagging issues Preferred Qualifications: Additional health and safety certifications Management or leadership training Working Conditions: The role involves working on a construction site, requiring outdoor work and adherence to health and safety protocols.
