Senior Project Manager - Uber Prime Residential Up to £105,000 package North London Permanent January 2025 In the new year, our client will begin an exciting uber prime property in North London, which will require a Senior Project Manager to successfully lead it. As a specialist within the uber prime sector, this principle contractor has forged a strong reputation within London, The Cotswolds' and Surrey. Typically, they will focus on refurbishment and new build projects ranging from £15m - £40m. This Senior Project Manager opportunity would suit your attributes and experience if you share the following: • Ability to provide concrete evidence of successfully delivering super prime projects • Possess professional and client facing skills • A very strong background and knowledge within the super prime residential sector on projects in excess of £15m • Using Asta, you will be very capable of delivering comprehensive reports and programmes to clients, consultants and board directors • A collaborative approach with all stakeholders • Proven ability to successfully motivate, drive and manage the site team and subcontractors .
