Rhythm Careers is thrilled to partner with an award-winning design studio that is looking to hire a Project Manager for their London office. With locations in London, New York, Asia, and Europe, this renowned studio has been delivering some of the most luxurious hospitality projects since 1985. Key Responsibilities Prepare tender documents and manage enquiries to support pricing analysis and contract awards for commercial and residential projects. Coordinate design package reviews, manufacturing approvals, and production inspections to ensure high-quality standards. Negotiate contracts with subcontractors, ensuring optimal terms for manufacturing, shipment, and installation timelines. Submit and track contract variations, generate shipping and commercial reports, and review contractual terms. Manage and mentor assistants, ensuring their work meets project requirements and aligns with timelines. Who We’re Looking For Someone with a strong background in managing hospitality projects. A person who is highly organised, confident in leading teams, and has excellent negotiation skills. Experience handling complex design projects from start to finish, with a focus on quality and attention to detail. A background in Interior Design or Architecture. Project management experience, equivalent to 3-5 years. Please note that this role is focused solely on Project Management and does not involve any design responsibilities.
