Working on a 400 unit, RC frame apartment scheme, overseeing the whole build process from start to finish. Responsibilities for Project Manager: Understand the whole build process. Oversee a team of Site/Assistant/Trainee Managers. Helping to implement new procedures Communication with sub contractors Liaising with clients Day to day support with running of site Requirements for Project Manager: Experience working on residential and housing projects. Been no1 on Site. Managed a team of over 8 Managers.
