Quantity Surveyors - Prime Residential Premises Recruitment are working with a number of established main contractors operating in the London Prime and Super Prime Residential market. The live vacancies we have for Quantity Surveyors are listed below: 1) Intermediate QS - Mayfair/Kensington £55k to £70k bens Super Prime Residential specialist, established for over 25 years. Projects include refurbishments, structural alterations and super prime fit outs to £20m in contract value. The company pride themselves on the ultra high quality of their finishes. Site based position Reporting to a Senior QS who will be based in the office overseeing 2 projects Seeking candidates who are keen to learn and develop their career under the mentorship of an experienced Senior QS and Commercial Director. 2) Belgravia £70k-£90k package Long Established, well known main contractor operating within the Prime Residential market. Undertaking projects from £5m-£15m within London. Extremely strong team, who are all really decent characters who have forged a great working environment in conjunction with the companies commitment to personal development, training and wellbeing. Seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to manage 1-2 projects, reporting to the Regional Commercial Lead. 3) Wandsworth, SW London £60k-£70k exceptional bonuses Privately owned, established construction main contractor who have more than doubled turnover year on year for the past 3 years to c. £8m p/a, and are continuing to grow in a controlled manner. Single dwelling refurbishments from £700k to £5m. Genuine potential for profit share/directorship Hybrid Working after probation 4) Hampshire/Surrey to £90k bens or Ltd Co equivalent Leading, brand name Prime Residential specialist. Seeking a Senior QS to lead a £20m refurbishment and extension of a private residence. Reporting to the Commercial Director.
