Be at the forefront of exciting HVAC projects with values up to £2M Opportunity to lead and foster a positive work environment Direct exposure to blue-chip clients across the commercial and public sectors Competitive salary and benefits package Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm – giving you a great work-life balance The Package Competitive salary; Approx. £70,000 car allowance Location: Head office with local travel across London and the South East A fantastic team environment with supportive senior management Ongoing professional development and training opportunities Your Key Responsibilities Estimating HVAC work and managing project budgets Leading the team and ensuring smooth, efficient project delivery Providing technical advice to both your team and clients throughout the project lifecycle Creating and managing all Health & Safety documentation and ensuring compliance Negotiating materials and labour to meet budget targets Tracking project progress, managing Profit and Loss, and attending site meetings to keep everything on course Skills You’ll Bring Experience managing HVAC projects, ideally across commercial or public sectors A solid background in delivering projects up to £2M HNC or equivalent in an HVAC discipline Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Project) – AutoCAD would be a plus About The Company Our client is a recognised leader in the M&E and Facilities Management sector, working with an impressive range of blue-chip clients.
