Looking for a short-term, hands-on Interim role? A Local Authority I'm working with are on the hunt for an Interim Estates Surveyor who can hit the ground running. The respected Council are based in the East Midlands, it is a three-month contract so perfect for those who enjoy working amongst different people and environments. Supporting a work/life balance, your days in the office just being one a week The role mainly involves Landlord and Tenant negotiations, leading on said matters in terms of occupants and lettings for the property portfolio and the implementation of the council's assets policy.
