Site Manager | High-End Residential - Hampshire, Wiltshire, Surrey Permanent Start September 2024 Salary negotiable Travel Allowance Private Medical This well-established (60-year-old ), prestigious, family run building contractor specialises in renovation, extension and refurbishment of period and bespoke one-off properties. They have a requirement for a Site Manager to work as part of a team, under the direction of a Project Manager. Must have previous managerial experience on a project of a value £5m in the high-end residential sector. Trade experience is desirable, as well as good all-round knowledge of the super-prime sector on works that include basement construction, refurbishment and fit-out. Site Managers applying would live within a commutable distance to Hampshire, Wiltshire and Surrey Duties: •Ensure sub-contractors are meeting deadlines •Monitor health and safety regulations and H&S checks •Produce CVI's, RFI's and site diaries •Communicate and liaise with client •Carry out site inductions Attributes: Responsible | Personable | Good communicator | Organised | Good leader Key Skills: Planning & Programming | Man-Management | Quality Control | Health & Safety | Administration & Document Control | Qualifications: SMSTS | First Aid at Work This role can also be called site manager, construction manager and senior site manager.
