Assistant Site Manager Location: Tottenham, London Project: School Extension (Steel Frame) Duration: 10 months We are seeking a skilled Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established contractor on a 10-month school extension project in Tottenham. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a key development in the area, working with a reputable team on a steel frame structure. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the Site Manager in day-to-day operations. Coordinating trades and ensuring work is completed on schedule. Maintaining high standards of health and safety compliance. Overseeing steel frame construction and ensuring quality control. Liaising with clients, architects, and the wider project team. Requirements: Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or similar role. Proven track record working on steel frame structures. Strong knowledge of construction processes, with particular expertise in school or public sector projects. Valid CSCS card (SMSTS/SSSTS preferred). Excellent communication and organisational skills.
