I am currently assisting a client find a Capital Investment Project Manager to assist on their Decent Homes Program. The most ideal candidates will have experience in social housing, particularly across High rise blocks. Responsibilities Oversee Decent Homes Program Support staff through project to completion Setup meetings to discuss ongoing or future property renovations Requirements Experience in the construction sector (or equivalent) with a sound knowledge of current construction and health & safety regulations. Proven experience of managing construction (residential new build and/or refurbishment) works, including experience of managing large refurbishment projects Experience of managing Contractors with a CDM environmentPackage 3-6 Month contract Negotiable rate Mainly remote workingIf you have any questions regarding the position please get in contact.
