External Envelope/Facade Site Manager – Renshaws Yard, Staines Join Dandara Living at Renshaws Yard, a vibrant new development of 391 stunning homes in the heart of Staines-upon-Thames. We're on the lookout for a talented External Envelope/Facade Site Manager to bring exceptional, high-quality finishes to life across two impressive 10-storey buildings, overseeing everything from SFS and windows to brickwork, cladding, and balconies. Situated just a stone's throw from Staines' bustling high street, Renshaws Yard offers unbeatable access to London, Heathrow, and the M25, making it the perfect location to work and thrive. What you will do: Oversee the external envelope and facade construction on a high-rise development Ensure the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance site-wide Manage subcontractors and driving the timely completion of works to programme Manage all external works, liaise with subcontractors, and ensure top-tier delivery. Chair progress meetings and liaising with external facade engineers and building control Communicate effectively with other departments, including commercial and design teams Maintain quality assurance procedures and ensuring the site is presented to a high standard What We're Looking For: Desiarble Experience working on external facade works in the Build to Rent (BTR) sector Essential Experience working on external facade works in the construction indsutry Proven track record in delivering high-rise residential projects to a high standard Relevant certifications, including SMSTS, First Aid, and Scaffold Appreciation Strong understanding of Health & Safety and fire stopping requirements Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying potential issues What we can offer you:.
