A genuinely rare opportunity to join a very well capitalised investment and asset management platform as it embarks upon opportunistic, sector agnostic and dynamic growth across the UK. This is a senior, autonomous role created in response to the pace of expansion and offers the lead in delivering a wide range of building surveying and project management activities, at a time when the focus is to deal with the majority of professional and capital works, inhouse. Key Reponsibilities Oversee and manage renovation projects for a variety of assets, including Cat A specified spaces Provide guidance for outsourced project managers and monitor their performance Manage and tenanciously lead negotiations related to dilapidations Supervise and monitor the execution of contracted works, ensuring the quality and compliance with design Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects ensuring timely delivery within budget and to standard Skillsets Required You will have a wide range of building surveying experience across multiple sectors, ideally with a focus on office assets Lots of exposure leading on dilapidations including dispute resolution Exposure to significant, time sensitive capital expenditure projects including extensive refurbishments Proven experience leading teams in the time sensitive delivery of challenging projects and lease obligations matters Our client has high expectations for this role and they are seeking a person who can mirror their drive, pace and entreprenurial approach.
