Description

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a permanent basis. This is an office-based role with occasional site visits, working on a diverse range of projects across the education, healthcare, and residential sectors, including both new builds and refurbishments. Key Responsibilities: Manage your own projects with values up to £10 million. Work primarily with JCT Design & Build Contracts, with some exposure to NEC forms of contract.
