A leading M&E Contractor are currently looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join the team on large new build low rise scheme in Ipswich Our client specialises in residential developments, leisure, and commercial projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager who is to looking to take a step forward into a contracts management position. The ideal candidate will have managed multiple new build commercial projects Mechanical Project Manager Duties Procurement Managing Sub Contractors Managing Electrical Contractors on site Managing Mechanical Contractors Preparing Site reports and variations Involved with Design Managing multiple projects on time and within budget Costing Variations. Scheduling work to be done for the day. Prepare project specifications.
