They operate in sectors including retail, commercial, leisure, healthcare, the public sector, energy, and telecoms. They are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their business and work on Facilities Management and planned and reactive maintenance projects across the Merseyside area. As the QS, your role will involve: Ccost control and value management strategies. Conthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements Oversee the commercial aspects of the project Manage cash flow. Manage subcontractor payments. Provide guidance on contractual issues.
