Now keen to identify a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager for their structural steel fabrication division in the MK area of Bucks. Our client has an exemplary track record in developing their people professionally and personally along excellent staff retention. The applicant: Assessing: Ensuring the design meets the client's needs Demonstrable: Track record in self delivery of steel fabrications for construction and civil engineering purposes Planning: Creating a process to reduce delays and costs, including determining specifications and creating a manufacturing and installation plan Managing: Keeping the project on schedule and within budget, and managing people and processes Communicating: Liaising with the client, suppliers, and other contractors Site measurement: Accurately measuring the site for fabricating and installing metalwork
