My client are a leading, internationally renowned property development and construction group delivering mixed use developments and residential, student, retail, and commercial accommodation projects worldwide. They are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a major high rise residential project valued at over £40m. As the Senior QS, your role will involve: Cost control and value management strategies. Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements Oversee the commercial aspects of the project Manage cash flow. Manage subcontractor payments. Provide guidance on contractual issues.
