QUANTITY SURVEYOR LOCATION: BASILDON - ESSEX The Details: ROLE: Quantity Surveyor LOCATION: Basildon - Essex SALARY: £45,000 - £65,000 Package BUSINESS TYPE: Main Contractor PROJECTS: Social Housing Refurbishments REFERENCE: AP045 About Our Client: Established for nearly 10 years, this company deliver a variety of Social Housing Refurbishment projects. Due to a solid reputation in the market for delivering, they are going through a period of growth. The business has over 6 decades of experience within the management team, who always want to progress and develop those in house. The Role: A Quantity Surveyor is required due to significant growth and a strong pipeline of projects. A background in social housing refurbishments would be a big advantage. The company are involved with various frameworks but also work with additional private clients. This gives a good mix of work and contract exposure. You will manage all commercial activities for projects from initial package procurement through to final accounts. The company will provide you with support and knowledge so you can reach your potential. Staff turnover within the company is very low as they create a great environment.
