Site Manager Freelance £250 - £290 per day Working on an internal demolition of 4 floors of an office block Based in Winchester Project will run for four weeks 20th September to Friday 18th October Ref SW – 007 – Winch001 Position good to knows Required to oversee an internal demolition of 4 floors of offices Works will consist of a back to basic building structure You will be working closely with the M&E contractor and internal demo team Project requires a strong Site Manager with a good eye for detail Looking for a Site Manager who can help support the project You will be working with the M&E contractor and internal demo team Ability to manage all trades and stick to project plan and delivery Will be number one on site reporting to the Project Manager Needs to be strong with: Health and Safety RAMS Paperwork Project will run until Friday 18th October Also needs to be: Good with running and keeping to project programming Managing all sub-contractors on site Good client skills Good public relations as you will need to work closely with neighbours who have direct access to the area of the project Headline of the Site Manager role Opportunity to slot into the project team working closing with the Project Manager Main scope of the project would be so oversee and lead the subcontractors Candidate must be strong organiser and ideally be aware and have practical knowledge of the build process The ideal candidate should have a good head for contracts and understand expectations and issues about non delivery Level of candidate would be a Site Manager and certainly someone to run the project Must be able to drive the project plan and meet handover targets Must be strong on health and safety Keen to speak candidates who can bring experience of internal office demo Your key duties as Site Manager Ensuring quality working towards quality standards Co-ordinate labour and trades Monitor and support the site build programme and control material levels Work with and assist a supportive team, but on a day today basis you will be the sole main person on the project Key experiences you should have as Site Manager Solid work history of delivering construction projects Be a great communicator with the ability to support your site team Developing knowledge of commercial projects Ideally be from a trade background or have developed skills from activity being on live projects Key must have’s you should have as the successful Senior Site Manager SMSTS Asbestos awareness First Aid Fire Marshall Next step to apply for this Site Manager role: As a candidate with site experience, you will already know the technical specifications of this role, but following your application of interest, you will: 3D Personnel are acting as an employment business from this vacancy To achieve the higher pay rate experience of working on a construction site is needed The pay rate quoted for this role is PAYE Umbrella which will see additional deductions to you take home hourly rate For certain job roles payment via CIS could also be a pay option, but please be aware that not all job roles are eligible to be paid CIS 3D Personnel Ltd specialise in working within the construction sector where we work with companies who design, construct and maintain the built environment.
