Site manager - Industrial fit out and roof works Pay: £260 per day Site manager - Industrial fit out and roof works Location: Alton, GU34 Duration: 1 weeks Start Date: 08/10/2024 One of our established clients are currently looking for a site manager to oversee and internal fit out of an industrial unit. Once completed, the SM will be tasked with overseeing roof works on 5 other occupied units. This will be a client faced role. The right person will have experience overseeing a team of subbies and previous experience on refurbs. The main responsibilities will include: - Overseeing sub-contractors - Getting hands on when needed - Ensure health and safety protocol is followed - Liaising with client The right candidate will have the following: - SMSTS - First Aid - CSCS Card - Industrial fit out and roofing experience We are looking for the right person to start on 08/10/2024.
