A small but well-established Architectural Studio are seeking an Architect to join their growing team. They have a loyal, long-standing client-base within the commercial office, industrial and retail sectors, and have a confident pipeline of work for 2025. The studio is led by two directors with a balanced close-knit team. Although small, they pride themselves on all staff, regardless of level, having the opportunity for varied project involvement, being part of the design decisions, client engagement and rounded exposure. For all staff they ensure everyone has a rewarding career trajectory, and effectively balance any support needed while giving people autonomy and ownership. Their leadership style and staff development are evident in their stable team atmosphere. Staff benefit from good flexibility, 2 days per week working from home, regular CPDs and a social atmosphere. They have also recently moved to a new studio location in the heart of Clerkenwell, so it is an exciting time for the business.
