Linear Recruitment are currently recruiting for a freelance Site Manager with a strong housing background in the Tanton area. This role is due to start immediately and has the chance to go permanent for the right person. The successful candidate will have a strong drive to hit targets and motivate staff. Job duties: Coordinate the day-to-day operations Organise and manage subcontractors on site Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide updates on progress Maintain accurate records including site diaries and health and safety logs Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance / H&S regulations Experience required: Must have CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS Must have a strong housing background Must have strong organisational and communication skills Must be strong willed and have the ability to hit deadlines
