Job Advert: Quantity Surveyor – Immediate Start We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team, ideally suited to candidates with a strong background in health, education, or leisure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional who can take charge of projects independently, managing all stages from inception through to completion, with project values up to £10 million. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the financial management and profitability of projects Prepare accurate cost plans, estimates, and bills of quantities Manage procurement, tendering, and contract administration processes Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and risk management Liaise effectively with project teams, clients, and contractors Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in health, education, or leisure projects Track record of managing projects independently, up to £10m Strong knowledge of cost control and value engineering Excellent communication and organizational skills Why Join Us?
