Associate Commercial Manager - M&E A family-owned mechanical and electrical construction company based in the South-East is looking for a Commercial Manager to head up a small team of mechanical and electrical estimators. This is a rare opportunity for someone who is fully trained and competent at performing a QS role from either the M&E or main contractor industry (so long as it's buildings) to progress to Commercial Manager. Package: Salary £70,000 to £80,000 depending on experience Car allowance £7000 Net profit bonus 25 days holiday plus 8 days bank holiday Private health insurance Role: Manage the commercial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual obligations Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project goals are met Monitor project performance and identify opportunities for improvement Prepare and review tender documents and proposals Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesWR HVAC | M&E are 1 recruitment partner for HVAC jobs.
