Associate Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor Construction Consultancy Up to £70,000 p/a (DOE) London About the company A small, well established and well-respected multi-disciplinary construction Consultancy, based in SE1 are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Working in a number of key private and Public sectors within the industry, this Construction Consultancy are well placed to capitalise on their growing reputation. The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation founded on the principle of employing the very best people in the industry. About the role: The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for (but not limited to): On-going cost analysis Feasibility studies and early stage cost advice Reporting on the financial aspects of projects Contract Administration and Employer’s Agent duties Procuring and tendering of work Analysis of completed work Site visits will form a key part of the role About the requirements: The Senior Quantity Surveyor needs to have experience of managing a range of projects. Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within multiple sectors would be ideal. A balance of working on new build and refurbishment would be ideal. Exceptional client facing skills are prerequisite as is the ability to manage projects ranging in value.
