Responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor: Prepare cost plans and progression during build phased for residential projects. Monthly cos management and reporting Resolve contractual and commercial disputes with clients and subcontractors Valuations, Variations and negotiating Optimise project costs while maintaining quality.
