Job Opportunity: Experienced Construction Site Manager 3D Personnel is seeking a seasoned Construction Site Manager for a permanent position. The first project is based in Wolverhampton, and we offer a competitive rate for the right candidate. About the Role: We are partnering with a well-respected mid-sized contractor looking to bring on board a Site Manager with extensive experience in medium to large commercial new builds. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful site management, working with recognized contractors on projects valued at £10 million or more. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and oversee project direction, ensuring on-time and safe delivery of the construction package. Conduct site inductions for new personnel. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations at all times. Review and manage Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), ensuring proper documentation. Manage and coordinate sub-contractors on site. Organize and oversee deliveries to the site. Qualifications: CSCS Certification SMSTS Certification First Aid Certification Proficiency in IT skills This role is ideal for someone with a solid and steady background in construction, with experience in either internal or external works.
