Caddy Group is looking to speak to experienced Mechanical Estimators for a well-established M&E contractor based in Medway. The role will be a full-time office based role. Duties will include: To review and assess the tender documentation and requirements to enable production of successful tenders Make sure that tenders take into account health and safety, quality and environmental legislation as well as compliant with HBSGS policies and procedures Provide technical guidance, advice, and bid support, including tender programmers and methodologies to clients Conduct site visits when necessary to understand tender requirements To identify and report on risk and opportunity/scope To produce accurate net estimates with full breakdowns for adjudication To seek value engineering & advantage through tender process If you believe you are a good fit for this company, please apply for this role.
