Building Surveyor - Planned works Local Council Hybrid Decent homes / Kitchen and Bathroom refurb The role: A Local Council based in Bedfordhsire require a Building Surveyor to work on their planned works / capital works programme, predominately a kitchen and bathroom refurb programme within their social housing stock. We are looking for someone who is suitably qualified to manage a Kitchen and bathroom contract. Skills include: Contract Management, Building Pathology experience, Specification Drafting, Snagging and approval of works / meeting standards and specifications as well as communicating with residents.
