Quantity Surveyor – Facades and Reclad Our client is a specialist subcontractor who operate within the residential market, specialising in facades, SFS, and reclad projects. Boasting an annual turnover of £38M, they have been in business for over 20 years. Due to an increase in workload, our client is now seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a background in subcontracting facades or cladding. This role will report into the Head of Commercial and be part of the team. Due to the detailed nature of facades and cladding work, our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience in Rainscreen cladding, SFS and curtain wall.
