My client are a well-established, family owned residential developer and main contractor delivering innovative projects across the North Wales and North West areas. They have formed an excellent reputation for creating top-tier residential developments and are known for their exceptional quality and distinction. They are now looking to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their business. Your primary responsibilities will include: Managing main and subcontracts Preparing and agreeing monthly interim valuations and final accounts Recording, costing and agreeing contract variations Internal monthly cost/value reconciliation cost reports Subcontract procurement including preparing tender enquiries, reconciling quotations and placing subcontract orders Management notification and payment of subcontract interim and final accounts.
