We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee landscaping and groundworks operations on a residential development in Wandsworth. The successful candidate will ensure that all site activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise day-to-day site activities, including landscaping, groundworks, and related tasks. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments. Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays, and maintaining detailed records. Liaise with the client and main contractor to ensure project requirements are met. Manage site staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure work is completed to the required quality standards, within budget and on schedule. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience as a Site Manager in landscaping, groundworks, or a related field. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in construction. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is preferred. CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card is required
