Activus Recruitment are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our clients team in Fountainbridge, Edinburgh. Requirements and Duties: Experience in refurbishment or fully fit out works. Responsible for coordinating multi-disciplinary tasks, checking the operatives progress, and acting to ensure that the task is carried out in sequence and in good quality. To assist the Site Manager to control multiple trade contractors. To be capable of supervising the site for short periods of time or covering sites to facilitate annual leave of colleagues. Delivery of a quality product with zero defects at handover. CSCS essential SSSTS/SMSTS Contract timescale 6-7 months. Rate is negotiable DoE
