Housing Development Company urgently seek a Quanttiy Surveyor to join the team. The company concerned build housing units within the Kent, essex and South East London areas. Sites will be around 100 units in size will be mainly houses and the succesful candidate could be running 3 sites at a time that would be is different stages of the build programme. The role will be a mixture od sub-contract procurement, sub-contracts accounts, monthly reporting and valuations of contractors. The ideal person will be qualified, experienced of delivering housing schemes be self motivated and have the abilirty to run your own sites. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established well funded housebuilder who can offer excellent continuity of work and a safe role that will offer excellent work / life balance with a role that requires 9 - 5 work time
