Description

Hi I'm looking for an architect to design a small development of approx 24 units on a site of approx 1.7hectares to gain outline planning permission in the Bassetlaw area borough of England . The current site (.75 hectares) has current planning for 10 executive houses but we are planning to purchase the neighbouring property to expand the development hence new planning required. If anyone has any experience doing this I would welcome a quote please.
