Location: Guildford (Hybrid Working) Salary: £40,000 - £47,000 Are you an experienced Chartered Landscape Architect with a passion for both design and landscape planning? We are seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join an expanding team in Guildford, contributing to large-scale residential developments and shaping the built environment across the south and east of England. Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will: Lead on landscape planning and design projects, working closely with architects, urban designers and technicians. Prepare landscape design drawings, including masterplans, detailed hard and soft landscape designs. Conduct site visits, photography and prepare LVIA-related baseline plans. Contribute to reports, including landscape appraisals, Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA) and Design and Access Statements. Play a key role in the delivery of landscape-led masterplans for national and regional housebuilders. Required Qualifications & Experience: To be successful in this role, you should have: Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) or equivalent. 5 years of post-degree experience, with significant exposure to landscape planning and design. Proven experience with LVIA and landscape planning. Strong design flair and technical knowledge. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office. A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field.
