Site Manager – Residential & Commercial Builds Keystone Recruit is working with a respected, privately owned contractor in the South East, specializing in residential and commercial construction. We are currently hiring a Site Manager to lead a new development in Eastbourne. The project includes the refurbishment of an existing building into apartments and the construction of 25 new build apartments. What We're Looking For: At least 5 years of experience as a No.1 Site Manager. Strong background in refurbishment projects is essential. SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS Card What We Offer: Competitive salary up to £60k package, based on experience.
