Finishing Site ManagerExeter Immediate start, through until January 2025One of the region's busiest contractors with a healthy pipeline of works are seeking a Finishing Manager to compliment their existing team and help in the timely delivery of a new build contracting scheme. Providing full support to the Project Lead, they are in a need of a focussed and driven "boots on the ground" Finishing Manager able to confidently oversee site operations during the finishing stages of the project whilst ensuring that Health & Safety, Quality standards and timescales are upheld.It's essential that you'll have previous experience of major main contracting (build) schemes, gained with knowledge of principal contractor processes and standards.In addition to having good organisational skills, you’ll also need to have an in date SSSTS, SMSTS, CSCS card (Black or Gold) and First aid at work.
